Who we are
Everything you need to know about us
01 — Our Story
Why we started Wood Pellets Shop
Buying wood pellets should be simple. In practice, it rarely is.
Bags say “premium” without any certification behind the word. Flavored BBQ pellets often blend a base wood with only part of the named flavor. Heating pellets and cooking pellets sit side by side, even though they do very different jobs.
We built Wood Pellets Shop to cut through that confusion. Every product page explains what the pellet is, what it suits and what it doesn’t, so you can choose with confidence.
02 — Our Range
The right pellet for every appliance
Our range covers four distinct jobs. Each product below links straight to its full specs.
CleanFire Wood Pellets
Hardwood, softwood and Douglas fir grades, each well under 1% ash, for pellet stoves and boilers.
Shop CleanFireEcoBlaze Wood Pellets
Low-dust, high-heat 6mm pellets in 15kg bags for stoves, boilers and pizza ovens.
Shop EcoBlazeBear Mountain BBQ Wood Pellets
All-natural hardwood with no flavorings or fillers, made for Traeger, Pit Boss and other pellet grills.
Shop Bear MountainKona Wood Pellets
Concentrated, undiluted hardwood smoke for Ninja Woodfire grills, smoker tubes and charcoal grills.
Shop Kona03 — Quality Standards
Certified fuel, not just a “premium” label
Every heating pellet we sell carries ENplus A1 or PFI Premium certification. These independent standards set firm limits on the things that matter most inside a stove.
| Standard | Ash | Moisture | Fines in bags |
|---|---|---|---|
| ENplus A1 | ≤ 0.7% | ≤ 10% | ≤ 0.5% |
| PFI Premium | ≤ 1% | ≤ 8% | ≤ 0.5% |
Low ash means fewer clinkers and less cleaning. Low moisture means faster ignition and more usable heat. Low dust keeps augers running smoothly.
04 — Honest Information
We tell you what a pellet won’t do, too
Good advice sometimes means saying no. That’s why our product pages include the details other stores leave out.
- Heating vs cooking: We don’t recommend heating pellets for food, because softwood smoke can taint flavor.
- Blends explained: Where a BBQ pellet blends several hardwoods, we say so rather than implying a single species.
- Compatibility warnings: Concentrated smoking pellets like Kona aren’t made for hopper-fed pellet grills, and we flag that clearly.
- Real specs only: We publish the figures manufacturers stand behind and never invent numbers.
05 — Bulk & Trade
From a single bag to a full truckload
Homeowners can order exactly what they need, one bag at a time. Larger buyers can go much further.
Dealers, commercial boiler users, farms and community group buys can order a complete truckload. One delivery replaces dozens of small orders and lowers the cost per tonne.
